This website is hosted by Netlify. The provider is Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access the website, Netlify processes technical data that your browser transmits. A data processing agreement is in place with Netlify. As the provider is based in the USA, data may be transferred to the USA, safeguarded by standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable provision of the website under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
When the website is accessed, information is automatically stored in so-called server log files. This includes browser type and version, operating system used, the page accessed, date and time of access, as well as the IP address in shortened form. This data serves the secure operation of the website and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
When you place an order via the order form, we process the data you enter, namely name, practice or clinic details, delivery address, email address, phone number and the order details. We use this data exclusively to process your order, issue the invoice and deliver the product. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. After the order is completed, we store the data for as long as required by tax and commercial retention obligations.
The form data is transmitted for processing to our CRM system HubSpot. The provider in the European Economic Area is HubSpot Ireland Limited, Ground Floor, Two Dockland Central, Guild Street, Dublin 1, D01 K2C5, Ireland. A transfer of data to the USA to the parent company HubSpot, Inc. is possible, safeguarded by standard contractual clauses. A data processing agreement is in place with HubSpot. The transmission takes place via the HubSpot Forms API directly from your browser to HubSpot servers. No HubSpot cookies are set and no tracking scripts are loaded in the process.
For sending our newsletter we use the service provider MailerLite. When you subscribe, we process your email address. Registration takes place via double opt-in: after entering your address you receive an email with which you confirm the subscription. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email. A data processing agreement is in place with MailerLite.
For the technical operation of the website we do not use cookies that require your consent. Cookies that are not strictly necessary, for example for reach measurement, are only set after you have agreed via the consent banner. Without your consent no such processing takes place. You can change your selection at any time. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (1) TDDDG.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is used, for example which pages are visited. Cookies are set and usage data is processed in the process, with IP addresses being shortened. A transfer of data to Google in the USA is possible.
Google Analytics is only loaded after you have agreed via the consent banner. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.
If you contact us by email, we process the data you transmit in order to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as the inquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no retention obligations conflict with this.
For security reasons this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock icon in the address bar of your browser.
The fonts used on this website are embedded locally. When you access the website no connection is established to third-party servers, for example to Google Fonts.
We adapt this Privacy Policy as soon as the legal situation or our services change. This applies in particular when payment by card via a payment service provider is added. The current version can always be found on this page.
